Jeffrey Lewis Gold

Mr. Gold attended University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude as a Phi Betta Kappa. He moved on to Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco to earn his law degree in 1983 and was admitted to the California State Bar in December of that year. Since, he has compiled a comprehensive resume of experience practicing criminal law that includes time spent as a Deputy District Attorney for Los Angeles County.

Attorney Gold is associated with a number of reputable organizations that include both the Los Angeles and Orange County Bar Associations and the California Deuce Defenders. Mr. Gold uses the knowledge he has gained over his career to act as a reliable and compassionate advocate for clients who are facing criminal charges.

Nigel Roy Witham

Attorney Witham studied law in England at the University of Warwick, where he graduated with honors. After passing his Solicitor's Final Examination, he practiced criminal defense in England for eight years before being admitted to the California State Bar in 1996. Mr. Witham has since served as an associate in criminal defense for a number of firms in Los Angeles, including the Law Offices of Lawrence Taylor. From there, he and Attorney Gold formed Gold & Witham, where they work together to defend residents of Orange County facing DUIs and other criminal charges. Attorney Witham belongs to the British American, Orange County, and Los Angeles Bar Associations and has been published in The Orange County Lawyer.

Expert witness, Henry Greenberg, has served in 2400 drunk driving cases as a Forensic Criminalist, State-Certified Forensic Alcohol Supervisor, and Toxicologist. His career spans over 25 years and includes time spent with the LA County Sheriff's Crime Laboratory. Gold & Witham retain his expertise on a case-by-case basis to assist in the evaluation of Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) tests for accuracy and administration. His scientific analysis has proven to be immensely beneficial to ensure that DUI defenses include all necessary and relevant scientific evidence and arguments.

Dr. Lexi Welanetz – Clinical Psychologist & Family Resource Counseling Center Director
