Nigel Roy Witham
After graduating with an Honors Degree in Law from University of Warwick
in England, Nigel Roy Witham passed his Solicitor's Final Examination
in May of 1987 at the School of Law, Chester in England. He was admitted
to practice law in England as a Solicitor in 1989 and later admitted to
the California State Bar in 1996.
Attorney Witham's legal career began at Mark Davies & Company,
England where he worked as an associate in criminal defense and civil
litigation. He then moved on to work as a sole practitioner for criminal
defense at his firm, the Law Offices of Nigel R. Witham. He returned to
work as an associate in criminal defense at the Law Offices of Myles Berman
and then at the Law Offices of Lawrence Taylor, where he met Attorney
Jeffrey Lewis Gold. In 2000, Attorneys Witham and Gold teamed up to begin
the Gold & Witham law firm to serve Orange County quality legal counsel
for DUI charges.
He is an active member of the British American Bar Association along with
both the Los Angeles Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
In 1997, he published a periodical in The Orange County Lawyer titled,
"State Bar Ramifications on Drunk Driving Convictions."
